Serialized item analyticsIn Infor LN FP3, the service analytics functionality is introduced to provide measurements such as Mean Time To Repair, Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF), uptime availability, work in process, and spent cost/sales data information with regard to service installations. The analysis of these key performance indicators is used to better the service performance of the organization and the installed base in the service industry. The information is provided to the user in the form of reports and can be used to optimize the service process of the organization and make it more efficient and cost effective.
