Delete Hours and Expenses (bptmm1206m000)

Use this session to remove a range of incorrect or redundant hours and expenses data.

To reduce the number of data shown in the hours/expenses sessions, select the Processed Transactions check box. Although the processed hours and expenses data will then no longer appear in the applicable sessions, this data will still be available in the history sessions. Removing redundant data will also help you to preserve system performance.

 

Delete Transactions For
If this check box is selected, you can specify a range for this transaction type.
Hours
If this check box is selected, hours data will be deleted.
Expenses
If this check box is selected, expenses data will be deleted.
Processed Transactions
If this check box is selected, processed hours and expenses data will no longer appear in the applicable sessions.

 

Delete
Click this button after you specify a selection range, at least one transaction type, and at least one delete option.
Spec. Employees
Selects all (active) employees in the Specific Employees (bpmdm1140m000) session. As a result, the employee range fields become unavailable.
Reset Selection
Cancels the selection of specific employees. As a result, the employee range fields become available.
