Mass actions on work items

Mass action enables you to take actions on multiple work items simultaneously, reducing the need to process task individually. This functionality is available only when the selected work items support preview actions.

When you select multiple work items, these rules apply:
  • If all selected work items share the same preview actions, the corresponding action buttons are displayed.
  • If there is a mismatch with the selected work items, no action buttons are displayed.

When performing mass actions, the selected work items may originate from different processes, provided they share the same preview actions. When an action is taken, the selected work items are removed from the list as they are processed on the IPA side.
