Access rights required for users to assign their own delegates

Users who are enabled to assign delegates for themselves must be assigned a role that contains this class: ProcessAutomationProxy_ST.secclass

Note: The "_ST" assignment in a security class name means that the class is delivered by Infor Lawson. ST stands for Standard Template. Typically, customers create their own versions of these classes which they then assign to users through their security roles.
