Creating translations for preview mode labels and actions

  1. In the Process Server Administrator, select Configuration > Translation.
  2. Click Create and specify the translation key.
    Note: The translation key must match the label or action.
  3. Click Save.
  4. In the Description field, select More Actions > Translate.
  5. Select the ISO locale to use for the translation.
    Note: Only one translation record is required for the same label or action across multiple preview configurations. Translations are sent to Notification Center based on the locale of users assigned to the work item. If no locale is set, then no translation is sent. Multiple translations for the same label or action are sent when users have different locale settings and translations for those locales already exist.
