Work Unit Monitoring and Alerting System

The Work Unit Monitoring and Alerting System (WMAS) provides continuous oversight of work unit processing. This system reports monitoring data through the Work Unit Monitoring Dashboard page and lists historical data through the WMAS report list on the Work Unit Monitoring Report page. This data is then evaluated to identify potential issues.

When an anomaly occurs during a work unit processing, you can configure alerts to notify users when thresholds are exceeded. Notifications are displayed in the metric value on the work unit monitoring dashboard and are also received through Landmark and email whenever an issue occurs or is resolved.

WMAS enables you to configure thresholds, receive notifications, and track work unit performance to ensure issues are addressed before they affect overall system health.
