Canceling multiple work units

When work units are created in bulk and leads to various issues, you can perform a mass cancellation of work units.

  1. In the Process Server Administrator, select Administration > Work Units > Work Units.
  2. Click the Ellipsis button and select Schedule Work Unit Cancellation.
  3. Specify this information:
    Process Name
    Specify the process name. Optionally, you can cancel work units based on the Service Name filled out in the Service Name field.
    Service Name
    Specify the server name.
    Work Unit Completion Date Range
    Specify the beginning and ending dates. Optionally, you can cancel work units based on the completion date range prior to the current date or the work unit range, which you can fill out in the other fields.
    Work Unit Completion Date Range Prior to Current Date
    Specify the beginning and ending days.
    Work Unit Range
    Specify the beginning and ending work units.
    Options
    Select a work unit status.
