Requirements for multiple user contexts

Your security settings determine what organizations or enterprise groups you have access to. If you are not seeing multiple user contexts when you believe you should, contact your system administrator.

These are the requirements for multiple user contexts:

  • The User Context option is enabled when the User Context Menu Enabled field is selected in the Configurable Features tab on a User Role.
  • Your actor must be assigned to multiple enterprise groups or organizations.
  • You can work with one organization or enterprise group at a time.
  • The user context is global to all your web applications. If you change your user context in one web application, it is changed in all applications.

  • You can update your user context whenever required.

  • When you exit the application, the user context that you last used is retained.
