Configuring the As Of Date option

The As Of Date option enables you to view application records as they existed in the past or are expected to exist in the future. A banner message is displayed when the As Of Date is set. When you close the banner message, the As Of Date setting is cleared. Records in the As Of Date mode are read-only and cannot be updated.

For example, to view a list of jobs that were created one month earlier in the Infor HR Talent application, access the Jobs form within Infor HR Talent setup. If today is September 15, you must select August 15 as the As Of Date to show the jobs that were available as of August 15.

  1. Open a report to configure.
  2. On the navigation panel, click More > Set 'As Of Date'. You can also click the Edit icon on the As Of Date section of the report list.
  3. Select a date from the calendar.
  4. Click Apply.
