Reviewing and working with your actions

My Actions page enables you to view all your requested and scheduled actions, import requests, approval history, and delegates.

As you perform tasks in the application, you initiate action requests and scheduled actions. Action requests trigger processes or work units that are routed by the Infor Process Server. Scheduled actions are actions on high volumes of data that may take a while to complete. Scheduled actions can either start running instantly or run on a schedule.

  1. From the navigation panel, select More > Actions.
  2. To view your open, completed, or rejected request actions, click the My Requests tab.
  3. To view all your approval history and the actions you have taken in each task, click the Approval History tab.
  4. To view all your scheduled actions, click the Scheduled tab.
  5. To view all your delegates created for a task, click the Delegates tab.
  6. To view all your DB import requests, click the Import Requests tab.
