Security Menu

Use the report to view if an Actor has access to security menu options, for example, Configuration Console.

  1. In the Security Administration, select Administration > Security Reports > Menu Security Report.
  2. Click Create Menu Security Report.
  3. Select the Actor.
  4. Optionally, select With Roles to include the Actor's roles in the report.
  5. Optionally, select Run For Single Web App to include view the Actor's access to only a specific menu. Specify the web app name in the text box.
  6. Click Submit.
    When the report completes, security menu items the Actor has access to are listed in the Content column.
  7. You can export the list to either CSV or PDF format.
