Web App and Content Evaluation

Use this report to review the web and security classes that an Actor can access to ensure that the access is appropriate.

  1. In the Security Administration, select Administration > Security Reports > Web App And Content Evaluation Report.
  2. Select Create Web App And Content Evaluation Report.
  3. Select Version:
    • Menu Security: Lists the menu security options the Actor has access to.
    • Security Class: Lists the security classes the Actor has access to.
  4. Select the Actor.
  5. Click Submit.
  6. When the report completes, you can right-click to perform Options menu tasks, including exporting the list to either CSV or PDF format.
