Actor Role

Use this report to view assigned roles and other information for an Actor.

  1. In the Security Administration, select Administration > Security Reports > Role Security Classes By Actor.
  2. Double-click the Actor in the list to open a panel of tables that provided detailed information about:
    • Detail: Information from the Actor record, including Locale.
    • Account: Account settings for such things as Lockout time that apply to this Actor and last successful login time.
    • Contact: All available contact information for the Actor.
    • Identities: Identities that exist on security services for this Actor are listed on this tab.
    • Roles: Roles that are assigned to the Actor.
    • Configurable Features: If configurable features have been enabled for the Actor, they are listed on this tab.
    • Custom Fields: If any user strings that apply to this Actor have been created, they are listed on this tab.
    • Actor Group Membership: If Actor Groups have been configured and this Actor is a member of at least one, the memberships are listed on this tab.
