Security Class Inheritance Summary

Use this report to view the class that a class or securable object is based on. Only the first level of inheritance, Base Class 1, is listed.

  1. In the Security Administration, select Administration > Security Reports > Security Class Inheritance Summary Report.
  2. Select Create Inheritance Summary Report.
  3. Select the run option:
    • Run for Single Security Class: This option generates a summary for a single class.

    • Run for Single Securable Object Type: For this option, select a securable object type from the list. All objects of the selected type in the data area are listed. If you want to filter the list, use Run for Single Securable Object Name. This option searches for a specifc securable object. If you use it, specify the object name in the Securable Object Name text box.

  4. Click Submit.
  5. When the report completes, it lists all classes that meet the criteria., You can export the list to either CSV or PDF format.
