Enabling GenAI features through CloudSuite Self-Service Portal

To enable the GenAI Embedded Experience for Landmark applications, the feature must be toggled on in CloudSuite Self-Service Portal (CSSP).

You must have the Admin role in CSSP to enable features. By default, your company's administrators listed in Infor Concierge will have this role in CSSP.

Enabling all GenAI features for all tenants

  1. In CloudSuite Self-Service Portal, select Features from the side menu.
  2. From the Feature Type list, select GenAI.
  3. Click the Bulk Action button in line with the Feature Type list.
  4. From the Bulk Option list, select Enable All.
  5. Click Save.

Enabling all GenAI features for a specific tenant

  1. In CloudSuite Self-Service Portal, select Features from the side menu.
  2. From the Feature Type list, select GenAI.
  3. From the Tenant list, select the tenant for which to enable the GenAI features.
  4. Click the Bulk Action button in line with the Feature Type list.
  5. From the Bulk Option list, select Enable All.
  6. Click Save.

Enabling selected features

  1. In CloudSuite Self-Service Portal, select Features from the side menu.
  2. From the Feature Type list, select GenAI.
  3. From the Tenant list, select the tenant for which to enable the GenAI features.
  4. Under GenAI Embedded Experience, locate the row with the TAM link and click it. A new window is displayed with the Landmark applications. Enable the features by selecting the check box for the corresponding Landmark application.
    Note: Enabling GENAI activates the LLM Passthrough APIs and Prompt Catalog functionality. These are required for the GenAI Embedded Experience to operate correctly.
  5. Click Save.
