Purge Catalog

The Purge Catalog is a centralized dashboard of purge actions within an application. To access the Purge Catalog, select Purging from the Administration Console.

This table shows the tabs that are available in the Purge Catalog:
Tab Description
Actions Shows all defined purge actions.
Business Classes Shows all defined purge business classes.
All Results
Shows all purge results that purge actions generate. Each purge result includes this data:
  • Start time: When the purge started
  • End time: When the purge is completed
  • Business view: The name of the purged business class
  • Action: The action that purged the business class
  • Actor: The user who performed the purge
  • Record Count: The number of records affected
Archive Totals Shows each business classes with Purged, In Archive, Restored, Created In Archive, Updated In Archive, and Purged From Archived data counts. Use this tab to validate purged records.
