Maintenance requests

Maintenance requests are predefined async action requests that purge system and runtime data, such as action requests, report documents, process flow data, logs, message queues, and async processing data, based on a delivered schedule and set of offset parameters. By regularly purging data that is no longer needed, maintenance requests enable you to manage database growth, reduce storage requirements, and maintain system performance over time.
