Editing spelling dictionaries

Use this procedure to edit a spelling dictionary. If you have access to the text file for the spelling dictionary, you can also edit that text file and then upload it. We recommend this approach for Alternate and Locale type dictionaries. To edit a user dictionary through this procedure, you need to be in the environment data area.

  1. In the Web UI, select the Data menu item and click SpellingDictionary.
  2. On the Spelling Dictionary List, select the dictionary to edit.
  3. Select More Actions > Drill Around > Edit Dictionary.
  4. Add or delete words in the dictionary.
  5. Click Return after each added word.
  6. Click Save.
