Selecting a signing certificate

The private key is used to sign the JWTs sent to IRIS. It must match the public key registered with your API Client ID.

• PFX/P12 File or PEM File: Click Browse... and choose the certificate file in the "Select Signing Certificate" dialog. For a PFX file, specify the passphrase. For a PEM file, specify the passphrase only if the key is encrypted.
• Windows Certificate Store: Click Browse Store... to open the Select Certificate window. It lists certificates in your personal store that have a private key and have not expired, showing the Subject, Expires date, and Thumbprint. Select a certificate then click Select. No passphrase is required.
