The Transmission History grid
Each row represents one batch transmission and shows:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Date | When the batch was transmitted (local date and time). |
| Files | The number of files in the batch. |
| Endpoint | The IRS environment used (Production or Test). |
| Status | The batch's current status badge. |
| Receipt IDs | Up to two Receipt IDs, with "+N more" when there are additional files. |
The batch status reflects the combined status of its files. When all files share the same status, that status is shown; when they differ, the batch is shown as Partial. Common statuses include Accepted, Accepted with Errors, Partially Accepted, Processing, Rejected, Check Failed, and Not Found.
