Switching to a proxy

Use this procedure to sign in as a user to whom you have been granted proxy access and perform that user’s work.

  1. In the application menu, select Proxy.
  2. Select name of the user and application you are acting as a proxy.
    Note: A Proxy Mode banner is displayed, indicating that you are working in proxy mode for the selected user.
  3. Wait for the system to open that user's application. You can now perform the work to which you have been given access.
  4. When you are finished performing proxy duties, click Proxy or click the Proxy Mode banner to exit Proxy Mode.
  5. On the Switch Back From Proxy window, select the application to which you want to return.
