Viewing Functional Security Roles (FSRs) associated with an Actor or Role

A Functional Security Role is a group of security roles that provide one or more users with the range of permissions required to perform their functional roles.

Use this procedure to view FSRs associated with an Actor or Role.

  1. Open an Actor or Role list.
    1. When viewing an Actor, in the Security Administration, select User Management > Actor Management > Actor. If the consolidated Security Administration menu is enabled, select Actors and click the Actors tab.
    2. When viewing a Role, in the Security Administration, select User Management > Role. If the consolidated Security Administration menu is enabled, select Authorization and click the Roles tab.
  2. Double-click an Actor or Role.
  3. Click the Functional Security Role tab.
    Note: This tab shows all FSRs associated with the selected Actor or Role. This tab is read-only, and you cannot add, remove, or modify FSR assignments.
