Report usage and activity
You can use the Usage Overview and Usage By Actor tabs to view report usage and actor activity within Landmark. To access these tabs, select from the Administration Console and click the Usage Overview or Usage By Actor tab.
Usage Overview tab
Use the Usage Overview tab to identify which reports are used or unused.
This tab consists of these sections:
- Reports Used List: Shows reports that have been accessed, including visit counts and source list names.
- Reports Not Used List: Shows reports with no activity, helping you identify obsolete or unused content.
Usage By Actor tab
Use the Usage By Actor tab to view report activity by user. This tab shows who accessed each report, including names, visit counts, and last visit date.
