Other functionality that can be added

Even a relatively simple activity node like Email can have more functionality. For example, you could send attachments with a message or configure how the node should behave if an error occurs.

For User Action nodes, you can add complex functionalities such as how the process goes when multiple users are assigned a work item, and different actions are taken using the Proceed tab. You can also customize the work item that users see in their Inbasket using the Work tab.
