Enabling email notifications for the resource metric alert

You can enable email notifications through the Process Definitions page if a process’s resource consumption exceeds 20% of the average.

  1. From Process Server Administrator, select Configuration > Process Definitions.
  2. Select the type of process definition.
  3. Double-click the process to open.
  4. In the Notify By Email field, specify On Resource Metric Alert to get email notifications only for this option.
  5. Optionally, select the Send Resource Metric Alert check box if the Notify By Email field is already used with other options.
  6. Click Save.
