Using Drill Around

If additional information is available for a record you are viewing, you can use the Drill Around feature to view the information.

Some examples of how to use the feature:

  • Suppose you are viewing an Employee record in HRT. To view more information available from the Employee field, right-click, select the More Actions (…) menu, and then select Drill Around. From here you can view the employee's Salary, Goals, and other information.

  • If you are viewing a list, you can right-click a record and select the More Actions (…) menu. If Drill Around data is available for the record, select Drill Around to view it.
