Copying a navigation access control policy to a different role

When an access control policy for a navigation item has been created, you can copy the policy to another role.

  1. Sign in to the tenant as an administrator with the role ConfigConsoleSecurityAdmin_ST, SecurityConfigAccess_ST or equivalent role created at your site.
  2. Access Security Administration > UI Access Control.
  3. On the UI Access Control page, select the Navigation tab.
  4. Select the policy to be copied.
  5. Select the Policy tab.
  6. Click Copy.
  7. You are presented with a page with the Web Application field filled in and not selectable. Select the role that should have this policy and click Submit.
