Importing snapshots

Use this procedure to import snapshots from other systems.

  1. Select Configuration Console > Change Management > Import Snapshot.
    Alternatively, you can select Configuration Console > Change Management > Administration. Click the Snapshots tab, select a snapshot, and click Import.
  2. Specify this information:
    File Name
    Specify the file name. The snapshot is imported using the specified file from the defined FTP server.
    Subdirectory
    Optionally, specify a subdirectory.
  3. Click Submit.
    The import results are written to CdImportSnapshotOut.txt on the FTP server.
    To view imported snapshots, select Configuration Console > Change Management > Manage Changes and click the Imported Snapshots tab.
    To check the status of the import, click My Actions.
