In the Web UI, select the Data menu item and click SpellingDictionary.
Click Create.
On the Spelling Dictionary form, specify this information:
Name
Specify a name for the dictionary.
Description
Specify a description for the dictionary.
Type
Select Alternate, Locale, or User.
Note: A user dictionary created here applies only to the user of the current form. Most users create user dictionaries through the Add Word option when doing spell checking. To create a user dictionary through the Spelling Dictionary form, you must be in the environment data area.
Locale
For Alternate or Locale type dictionaries, select the locale for the dictionary. Leave blank for User type spelling dictionaries.
For Alternate or Locale type dictionaries, browse and select a .dic file in the Dictionary field
Click Save. Do not click attempt to edit the dictionary until you have saved the dictionary definition.
For User type dictionaries, click the Ellipsis button and select Drill Around > Edit Dictionary. You cannot edit Alternate and Locale type dictionaries by editing the .dic file and uploading it.
