Exporting cube database data

Use this procedure to export cube database data. This data is useful for debugging and troubleshooting purposes. This procedure generates an *.ana file but unlike a normal create cube or refresh cube, the data is not loaded to Infor EPM Platform, nor the AnalyticCube's last update datetime stamp is altered. There is no changes to the state of the database when this command is run.

  1. In the Administration Console, select Analytics.
  2. Click the Setup tab and Export Cube Database Data.
  3. Select the cube for which to export database data.
  4. Select either Reload or Refresh from the Actions menu.
  5. To export to a sub-directory of the FTP site directory, specify that directory.
  6. Click Submit to process the cube data export immediately or Schedule to schedule the cube data export.
