Reloading cubes

Use this procedure to reload or refresh analytic cubes. You must periodically reload cubes to maintain up-to-date data and dimensions for the reports that depend on them. The refresh option is available only for cubes whose business class implements auditing. A refresh updates the cube with recent changes but does not rebuild it entirely.

  1. In the Administration Console, select Analytics.
  2. Select the cube to update, then click either Reload Cube or Refresh Cube.
  3. Optionally, you can configure threading for your cube reloads.

  4. Specify the scheduling information and click Ok.
