Reports, analytics, and metrics

To view records in the reports, analytics, and metrics sections in the Change Analysis and View Analysis page, you must first replicate the AuditLogEntry business class to a columnar table.

Change Analysis

You can use Change Analysis to view reports, analytics, and metrics on a columnar or base AuditLogEntry table for framework data or application audit data that is captured when CreateAuditLogEntryRecords is enabled.

To access the list of records in the Change Analysis page, select Audit And Monitoring > Change Analysis from the Administration Console.

Changes Dashboard provides a summary of audit records by framework type, action type, actor, and business view. These dashboards aggregate data from the columnar AuditLogEntry table with filters, including by last 7 days, last 30 days, by date, by metric, and custom filter options. Use Master View to search and review framework changes across the system.

Note: To access the Changes Dashboard or Master View, click their respective options in the Framework or Application section.

View Analysis

You can use View Analysis to view reports, analytics, and metrics on a columnar or base AuditLogEntry table for audit data that is captured when CreateViewLogEntryRecords is enabled.

To access the list of records in the Change Analysis page, select Audit And Monitoring > View Analysis from the Administration Console.

Use Console View to search and review framework and application changes across the system and view record details in the same view.
