Adding action buttons directly in email of users
To save time for users who need to perform actions, for example, Approve and Reject, that are assigned to them through tasks in processes, you can configure the action buttons to appear within the notification emails. This lets users take action directly from email without having to navigate to the Inbasket.
These actions are ready to use and have been preconfigured to work with most email systems. Process developers simply need to access them through the Notify tab on User Action or HRTM User Action nodes.
Note: Authenticating to the Infor
system is required in order to take action on an IPA Email Actions workflow task.
