Name |
The name of this IDM node. This name must be unique. This name becomes the prefix for variables from this process. |
General tab | |
Configuration name | Select the configuration that contains the Infor Document Management connection information, such as the server name and credentials, that you want to use for this activity node. |
Action Type | Select the action for the node: Add, Update, Retrieve, or Delete. |
Entity Name |
Select the appropriate Infor Document Management entity. Entity names are loaded from the Infor Document Management server when the node is opened based on the chosen Configuration Name. Use Load to refresh the entity list if, for example, you change the Action Type. |
Attributes |
Use Attributes to help locate the document item in Infor Document Management Click Set to open IDM Attributes. Each attribute is listed by Name and DataType. You can specify the Value for the attribute(s) you want to use to locate a specific document item. If you specify a Value, then you must also check Select in order for that attribute to be used to locate the document item. Any attributes that are Required will have the Select check box selected automatically. The Unique check box is read-only and is selected if a particular attribute is unique. Click Finish to copy the selected attributes and values into the Attributes field. Attributes are comma separated. Click Cancel to close IDM Attributes without copying any information to the Attributes field. |
Resource Name |
Select the full path name of the resource (document) being added, updated, retrieved, or deleted. You can use File to browse and select the document. |
Include Preview and Thumbnail | If Action Type=Retrieve, select this check box to retrieve the preview and thumbnail along with the resource. |
