Configuring the Resource Update node

On the General tab, specify this information:
- Configuration name

Select the configuration that you want to be used for this activity. If you want to use an existing configuration, select a name from the list. If you leave the field blank, the default configuration will be used.
- Action

Select an action from the list and click Build to set up the query. These are the available options:

Add (See Adding a resource.)

Update (See Updating a resource.)

Delete (See Deleting a resource.)

- Resource Delimiter

Specify a delimiter for attributes with multiple values. The default delimeter is |.
For example, if you want to update the Role attribute with APVEND and APVENDFiles, you can use & to separate the values and write it as APVEND&APVENDFiles.

On the On Error tab, specify this information:
- What should happen on an error?

Select from the available options.
Select Stop process if you want the flow to stop processing when a failure occurs. If you select Continue process, the process will attempt to complete and record failure details in the log file.
- Notify

Select the check box if you want to send a notification when an error occurs. If this option is selected, you must fill out the notification details.
- Custom log entry

Select the check box if you want a custom log entry in addition to the system-generated log entry.
