How the system determines the URL for email actions

The system determines the "base URL" for email actions by completing the following steps:

• If the Configuration Name is supplied on the User Action node, the email action looks up the Email Connection record for that particular Configuration Name, and uses the Email Actions Base URL value.

• If the Configuration Name is not supplied on the User Action node, or it is supplied but there is no Email Connection record, or if there is an Email Connection record but the Email Actions Base URL is not supplied, it gets the default base URL from Security.
