Interrupting a work unit thread

You can use this feature to set the interrupt flag on the JVM thread that runs the specified work unit. This feature should only be used when the normal work unit cancellation is not working because of a long running node. Terminating the thread is required when the cancellation stops working.

  1. In the Web UI, select Process Server Administrator > Administration > Work Units > Active Work Units.
  2. Select the unresponsive work unit.
  3. Select Actions > Interrupt Work Unit Thread.
