Disabling Landmark notifications

The Landmark UI has the ability to notify users when they have work assigned to them through a small pop-up "bubble" and a mobile "notifications" application. Landmark notifications for every user has a large impact on database I/O. Disable this option if you are not using this feature.

Landmark notifications are disabled by default.

  1. Access the Process Server Administrator and select Configuration > System Configuration.
  2. Open the "system" configuration.
  3. Click the Properties tab.
  4. Update the existing property called disableUserNotifications and set the value to "true" (without the quotes).
