Other pages available in the Inbasket
My Requests
This page shows a list of all your initiated processes. From this page, you can view these for each item:
- Actions: This tab shows all actions that have been taken to date on work items included in the process. To view the Actions tab, highlight or open the work item.
- Related Links: You can use this tab to add or view any additional information that is associated with this process. To view the Related Links tab, open the work item.
- Errors: This tab displays the errors that may have occurred while
running the process. To view the Errors tab, open the work item.Note: A work item with a red information icon (i) indicates activity errors. If you highlight a work item with activity errors, the Error tab is displayed.
From the action menu of this page, these options are available:
- Open: View more details about the work unit.
- Proceed Now: If the work unit is currently in Waiting status, you can select this option to resume the process.
- Delete Selected Activities and Variables: Deletes the selected work unit
activities and variables. This will delete only the work unit data with Completed or
Cancelled status.
Take Action: Manually take action on the work unit. This is used if any process is failing, or if the person that the request has been routed to is no longer available.
- Schedule Logs and Activities Deletion: Opens the scheduling page where logs and activities deletion of work units can be scheduled.
My Actions
This page that allows you to view all actions you have taken on previous work items. To view details on each action, double-click the item in the list or go to Actions > Open.
My Proxies
The My Proxies page in the Inbasket allows you to view existing proxies that have been set up to take action on your behalf. With the appropriate security roles, it also allows you to add new proxies and remove old proxies as needed.
Options
The Options page in the Inbasket allows you to view your user settings and edit user options such as notifications and filters.

Change number of work items that display on the page
The Page Size option lets you select how many work items appear in the list of work items on your Inbasket work item display page. Options are 5, 10, 20, or 40.
Save a work item in PDF or CSV format
When the Options button is available, it means that the data you are currently viewing can be viewed in PDF or CSV format. You can then use the native tools available within Microsoft Excel or whatever CSV tool you use or in PDF to save the information to a local drive.
