Schedule clean up activities

The latest versions of IPA include data maintenance tools. You can now schedule clean up activities which used to be done manually. There is also a pruning feature on the Process Definition page, which prunes off the extraneous data once a workunit completes. An example of extraneous data would be activity variables that may not be needed for auditing or troubleshooting.
