Email notification server and address

Email notifications will use email server information from the main configuration set.

If the email server information from the main configuration set is not defined, then email notifications will use the server specified in the mailServer system property from the system configuration set.

If email servers in both the main configuration set and the system configuration set are not defined, email notifications will fail to send.

Email notifications will use the email address specified in the mailFrom system property from the system configuration set.
