Viewing processes

Designers of a process use the Infor Process Designer application to model, test, and deploy the process. An administrator can use the Process Viewer web application to view a process model and determine how the process works.

With the Process Viewer you can perform these actions:

  • Zoom and pan across the model

  • Click on any activity node and open the Properties panel to see how the activity node is configured

These details can help the administrator troubleshoot process problems and performance.

Note: The use of the Process Viewer is secured with the ProcessViewer_ST security role. You must add this role to your Landmark actor before you can access the Process Viewer.
  1. Access the Process Server Administrator and select Configuration > Process Definitions. Depending on the process you want to view, select User, System, or Application Defined Processes.
  2. Click the View button beside the process record you want to view.
