Purging non-user action workunits for a data area

You can schedule to run or manually run ScheduleNonUAWorkunitDeletion to delete all the non-user action workunits, which do not have any approvals, of a certain age.

  1. Access the Process Server Administrator and select Administration > Work Units > Work Units.
  2. Click Actions > Schedule Non UA Work Unit Deletion.
  3. Specify the number of offset days.
  4. Click OK to run the action or click Schedule to schedule the action to run.

    Workunits that have the status or Completed or Canceled are permanently deleted from the view and from all associated data is removed.
