Changing user context
Most users work with only one organization or enterprise group. However, some administrators can be assigned to multiple organizations or enterprise groups. Your security settings determine what organizations or enteprise groups you have access to.
- The User Context option is enabled when the User Context Menu Enabled field is selected in the Configurable Features tab on a User Role. See Infor Landmark Technology User Setup and Security.
- Your actor must be assigned to multiple enterprise groups or organizations.
- You can work with one organization or enterprise group at a time. In other words, you are "in context" with one organization or enteprise group at any time.

The user context is global to all your web applications. If you change your user context in one web application, it is changed in all applications.

You can change your user context as frequently as you need to.

When you exit the application, the user context that you last used will be retained.
To work with another organization or enterprise group, you can change your user context.
- Select in the left application menu.
- Select the organization you want to be in context with. The fields available will vary depending on which organizations(s) you have access to.
- Click OK.
