Context menu options

This section describes options available from the context menus when you use the Report Management Report Definitions and Report Categories tabs.

Context menus are available when you right-click on one of the tabs or select the ellipsis (3-dot) menu on the toolbar.

The options available from the context menus are slightly different depending on if a specific list or category is selected or not.

Option Available on context menu for

Deactivate (Activate)

Definitions or categories that have been deactivated can be re-activated through the Activate option.

Report Definitions and Report Categories when a definition or category is selected.

Drill Around

If any Drills are available for the list, they are linked.

Report Definitions and Report Categories when a definition or category is selected.

Print to PDF Options menu for Report Definitions and Report Categories.
Export to CSV Options menu for Report Definitions and Report Categories.

Create Report

Opens the create report wizard.

Personalize

Opens the create personalization wizard.

View Audit Log

Report Definitions when a definition is selected.
