Ensure anonymous user access

Note: 

The following task only needs to be performed if you are enabling password reset for the Infor Lawson Supply Chain Management Applications.

Ensure that anonymous user has access to the GenerateAndSendPassword action on an identity.

  1. Log in to the Infor Rich Client or Web UI as a user with the Security/Administrator role and access the GEN product line.
  2. Navigate to Start > Applications > User Management.
  3. Double-click Role Management.
  4. Double-click the SupplierAnonymous_ST role.
  5. Click the Security classes Assigned to Role tab.
  6. Click the New icon.
  7. On the Role Security Class form, add these items:

    • BasicProductLineAccess_ST

    • GeneratePassword_ST

    • ProductLineAccess_ST

    • SCMCommonViewInformation_ST role

    • SupplierAnonymousViewAndRegister_ST

  8. Save the close the record.
