Activating Security Policies

After you create a security policy, you must assign it to a service in order for it to become active. This procedure describes how to assign a security policy to a service.

  1. In Infor Rich Client or Web UI, access the Security System Management application and then select Service.
  2. On the Service List, double-click the service to which you want to assign a security policy.

    For the Supply Chain application, the service is: PROCUREMENT.PROCUREMENT.SOURCINGSUPPLIER

    For the Candidate Self Service application, the service is: HCM.HCMAPP.CANDIDATESELFSERVICE
  3. If you are assigning a login scheme, on the Details subform of the Service form, select the appropriate login scheme in the Login Scheme field.
  4. If you are assigning any other type of security policy, on the Security Policies subform of the Service form, select the security policy or policies you want to assign to the service.
  5. Click Save.
