Delete the identity/actor record

You must perform this procedure for whatever agent records exist for the user: Employee agent, Recruiter agent, and/or Candidate agent.

  1. In the Infor Rich Client or Web UI, while in the application product line, navigate to Start, then Data, then person, then Business Classes, and then Agent
  2. Right-click the resource and select Unlink Actor.
  3. Switch to the gen product line, and navigate to Start, then Data, then secuity, then Business Classes, and then IdentityActor.
  4. Double-click IdentityActor to open the Identity Actor List.
  5. Select the identity/actor record to delete.
  6. Click Delete and then click Yes to confirm the deletion.
