Role Security Classes By Actor

Use this report to view the roles and security classes that are assigned to an actor.

  1. As a user with access to the security administration menu, navigate to Administration Console > Security > Security Reports and Select the Role Security Classes by Actor report.
  2. Select a data area and click Ok.
  3. Select an actor in the Actor List. You can then view the assigned roles in the Actor Role List and the security classes for each role in the Role Security Class List.
  4. Optionally, select the Print to PDF button to export a print file.
