Adding the stepupauthentication.enabled configuration parameter to the gen data area

This procedure enables the privileged action to be added to business class actions on your Landmark system.

Before this procedure can be performed, step-up authentication must be enabled for the tenant. If you are unsure of your tenant's status, contact Infor Support.

Note: These instructions describe one method for performing the task using the Infor OS Portal.
  1. Sign in to the web application, for example FSM or HRT, as a security administrator who has access to the gen data area.
  2. From the application selector on the left pane, select the Administration Console application.
  3. From the left-pane menu, scroll down and select Other > Application & System Links.
  4. On the Landmark Reveal page, move to the Framework Admnistration (gen) group of options on the right side of the page and select Administration Console.
  5. On the Configuration Parameters page, click in the Component column heading and search for the word security.
  6. To add the parameter, click the Create icon from the toolbar.
  7. On the Configuration Parameter page, specify the values for these fields exactly as shown here. These values are case-sensitive.
    • Component: security
    • Key: stepupauthentication.enabled
    • Value: true
  8. Click Save.
